Carrying illegally?

I hear about people that carry their guns into places that are either privately prohibited or even legally prohibited. Their excuse is usually something along the lines of "I would rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6," or something like that. What are your thoughts on this mindset?

Well, I to would be more in line with the "Judged by 12 then buried by 6" but I live in a State that does not allow any form of carry let alone worrying about a private business.

There are bad guys everywhere we go and yes even in those businesses that don't want you to carry in their places. Those that are intending to break the law and or harm people don't really care about what is posted on wall on a business! I would not want to be that guy that is on the news for being dead from a crazed madman with a AK running into a Wal-Mart but, rather the guy on the News for being the one who killed the madman even if it means the law coming after me for it. I am sure there would be a number of lawyers that would offer to take the case for free!

I guess for me it really depends on the penalty for doing so.

For those poor souls who live where they can't carry. A famous statesman once said let your feet do you're voting move to another state.
